The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Taxila has officially announced admissions for its postgraduate MS, MSc, and PhD programs for the Fall 2026 session. The university provides both thesis and non-thesis options for its diverse range of engineering and science programs.
Prospective candidates can apply for various disciplines including Civil, Computer, Electrical, Software, and Mechanical Engineering, alongside emerging fields like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Energy Engineering. Financial support opportunities, including Graduate Assistantships (comprising stipends and full fee waivers), project-funded scholarships, and PEEF scholarships, are available for selected MS/MSc students. Hostel facilities are also provided for both male and female students, subject to availability.
Candidates must meet HEC and UET Taxila eligibility criteria for MS/MSc and PhD programs, including relevant bachelor's/master's degrees in respective disciplines.
For MS/MSc: Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute. For PhD: Relevant MS/MSc/MPhil degree with a strong academic record and research potential.Admissions open at the National College of Arts (NCA) Lahore and Rawalpindi campuses for 4-year and 5-year Bachelor degree programmes for the Academic Session 2027.
UET Taxila offers MS, MSc, and PhD programs in various disciplines including Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Software, and Telecommunication Engineering, as well as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, and Mathematics.
The application fee is Rs. 2000 (non-refundable). It can be deposited in HBL UET Taxila Branch Account No. PK79HABB0000005000736313, or sent via Postal Order/Bank Draft in favor of the Treasurer UET Taxila.
