Deputy Manager Curriculum & Training (Early Years)

Requirements

• Masters in Education or equivalent degree.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing Curriculum and teaching at Early Years Level.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Early Years education, child development, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, assessment, and instructional resource development.
• Experience in designing and delivering teacher training and professional development programs.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, classroom observation, and academic monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for campus visits and academic support.
