The Karachi Institute of Power Engineering (KINPOE) and Chashma Centre of Nuclear Training (CHASCENT) are offering a prestigious one-year (three-semester) Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Nuclear Power Plant Technology. This program is designed for high-achieving Associate Engineers and Science Graduates who wish to build a career in Pakistan's progressive public sector nuclear power industry.
During the training, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend and comprehensive academic and practical instruction. Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees have the opportunity to be appointed on a regular basis as Tech-I or SA-I in SPS-4, with attractive allowances and career growth prospects.
Candidates must hold a three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, HVAC, Metallurgy, or Instrumentation & Control with a minimum of 60% marks in both SSC and DAE.
The maximum age limit for candidates is 25 years as of August 11, 2026. Candidates must have been born on or after August 11, 2001.
Yes, selected trainees receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,320, free bachelor hostel accommodation for outstation trainees (subject to availability), and free medical treatment and transport facilities.

The application processing fee is Rs. 1,000 for online submissions and Rs. 1,500 for applications submitted by post. The fee must be deposited in the designated KINPOE accounts at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) or Askari Bank.
Selection is strictly on merit, determined by the candidate's performance in a written test and a subsequent interview.
