Description

Rockcastle County Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our educational team. In this role, you will work with students across various grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Your efforts will directly support our mission to 'Rocket Learners to Rocket Leaders' by helping students overcome communication barriers and succeed academically and socially.

As a member of our supportive school district, you will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). We offer a collaborative work environment focused on student growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
